Yesterday's dinner is today's lunch

Last night, hubby made lamb shoulder chops for dinner. And I made bulgur with butter and some fresh cilantro to go with it. I usually sauté some onions for the bulgur but I wasn't in the mood to do that. We also opened a bottle of Lindemans Framboise Lambic beer. I love this beer. It's fruity and light and goes down smoothly. I can actually drink it like juice. If I drink regular beer it takes me forever to finish it. I wasn't able to finish my lamb dish and there is some of the lambic beer leftover too so I will have myself a pretty tasty lunch later. The meat probably won't be the same doneness after I microwave it but it should still be good. I colored my hair on April 6th. It's getting close to two months since I did it. I was going to go and color my roots today but the forecast shows that it will thunder and rain later in the day. I do not want to be caught in that. I guess I will put it off for next week.
