Recently, I requested Paypal to transfer money into my bank account. It usually takes no more than a week. This time, I've waited for 2 weeks but no news. I sent them a message. Got a prompt response saying they would check immediately. On the next day, money was in my bank account. I also got their message apologizing for the delay, and they gave me USD5.00 as a gift. This was a pleasant surprise! Have you encountered any customer service/support which exceeded your expectation?

Yes, I have, and would I give Aliexpress that rating? There was a time when a merchant shipped me substandard items by mistake, and I complained and returned the item within a reasonable amount of time, and I was given a fair hearing, which made my heart happy.

Every time I called their support for a problem I received an excellent support. PayPal is a good company.

I guess it is different depending on what country you are in. For me I think it's a few days or so to get the money transferred to my bank. It was nice of them to give you $5 for such a long wait to get your money.

I dealt with Paypal customer service staff before and they were super helpful and addressed my issues well. I guess overall it was a good experience.

I have problems with them plus any scammers use them for their emails!!!

Oh! Wow. That's good. It shows that they take their customer service seriously. We don't need to request for the money transfer to our bank account. According to our law here, we can't hold our money in PayPal account. As soon as we receive any money there, it is automatically transferred to our bank account.
