Changing of Pipes

Last week I noticed a few workers dig through the pipeline and the water was overflowing. Later they opened the fire hydrant to let loose some water. I thought when they do maintenance, they should turn off the water. Well, they did and I was caught off guard They came back this week Friday, and fixed the pipes near us. Those plumbers told me that there was a leak. I complained as well because we don't have a main line and were just connected to the neighbors line. Anyways, I'm happy there's water again. @Letranknight2015 They replaced all the pipes a few years ago in my area.

I already know last week when they fix the main line because of the pipe leaks. They actually aksed me permission to do it, no problem @jstory07 since we are paying them to fix those lines.
