I've got 3 detractors as I end my work shift

It's 5:15am of 2nd of June here in the Philippines.
I've started my 1st day of June night work shift at 8pm and ended up at 5am of 2nd of June as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes. I don't know what happened that I've got 3 detractors from 3 customers. I've tried my best to give all the possibilities that they'll not provide me detractors instead promoters for the survey after ending each chat.
My first and third detractors gave me a score of 5 out of 10. If you've received 5 that's still consider detractors. Those customers if going to review my chats with them, good conversation. However in their verbatim in the survey, they don't want to wait 2 more days with their orders.
Then my second detractor gave me score of 3 out of 10. The customer was asking why the item haven't ship yet although he's aware that the item will be delivered on or before June 2nd.
The 3 detractors needs to wait until June 2nd based on their checkout.
My comment for this, why you've completed your checkout that you're aware that you're going to receive it on or before 2nd of June but in the end, you don't want to wait until 2nd of June? Those customers should know how to wait. They should know that we have a process to follow. My supervisor gets mad at me due to that 3 detractors.

True. Why do they order the goods in the first place if they disagree on the delivery dates.

Yes. I'm hoping that if there's some members here who's ordering online. Please read the date of expected delivery date and not to complain if it ship or not if the delivery date haven't reach yet.

Yes. We can't please some of the customers. However looking for their proper acceptance of not expecting an urgency.

Some people are just entitled and stupid. My former tenants have that much share of detractors. And you can see her replies as to how frustrating it is.
