Learning From Brendel How To Chill

Spent the morning in the screen room earlier. Enjoyed coffee and quiet time. And the cats enjoyed their time as always. Brendel and the Dude both teach me how to stay chilled. They snooze all the time and nothing seems to bother them. As long as they have food. Such a life they live. But I am proud to offer this life to them. They were both rescued and on death row when I found them. A few phone calls earlier. Nothing too major going on for now. I hear many lawnmowers starting up in the neighborhood. The grass is drying out from the thunderstorms last night. Let the fun begin in the yards. Photo is mine. Managed to get a quick photo as Brendel was trying to snooze. Look at those eyes. She is so ready to go back to sleep.

Nice very cool and chill indeed. I am always told I am chill and people never say I am over energetic said no one ever.

I prefer to be awakened in the morning by chirping birds instead of my neighbor's lawnmower. That's what happened to me this morning - the neighbor's lawnmower woke me up.

The mowers didn't start until they afternoon, when the grass was dry. Birds earlier. But it isn't always the case.

Seem good. She eats about 1/3 of a baby food jar every night, along with a little dry food in the mornings. She only weighs about 5-6 pounds, so that seems plenty for her. And she is drinking water. She is losing her hearing. Her meows are very loud.

Cats are stress reliever. They're charming. Now we have adopted two orange kittens brought by our 2nd elder daughter. She rescued them along the road purposely thrown by their owners.
