Okay almost all of us on this planet earth is affected by the Russia versus Ukraine war. Since Russia is the number one producer of oil around the world. Hence, all consumer products were affected as well. There is this $2,000 USD electric car in China. that's equivalent to P 100,000 pesos only in Philippines peso (my country) I think they need to manufacture public electric buses as well and etc... alternative energy is really the solution to all of this oil price hike problem. And I hope they mass produce it as soon as possible. If 70% of public transport are electric or another form of energy base transportation. Whenever there is an oil price hike. Then we will not be easily affected by it. Here is the truck video below from China I"m talking about

Well this is indeed very good alternative and helps nature. Although the problem is the electric prices in the Philippines are through the roof too.

true, but you can charge this pick up truck thru solar panels. so all you need to do is purchase some solar panels and no more relying on Meralco

@solidcodes Yeah that's my goal a solar powered house. I know the maintenance is expensive but as soon as it is massly used i'm sure it will be cheaper then.

Russia's unjust criminal war against Ukraine has caused a disruption in world oil supplies. However, Russia, prior to launching its immoral attack on Ukraine, was the number 3 producer behind the US and Saudi Arabia and ahead of Canada, according to an article by NASDAQ dated March 2022. The conundrum with electric vehicles is how the power to charge them is generated. If the energy comes from oil-fired power plants, little is gained. If the power is solar or wind-generated, it's a plus.
