Nothing much going on. My husband had his appointment with the arthritis doctor. The results of his tests show that he has Vectra Disease which is Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). Not a good thing. He will be starting a new med to combat this. What is going on with you?
Breakfast - No breakfast
Lunch - Leftovers from Longhorn Steakhouse - Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, bread, Brussels sprouts
Dessert/Snack - Cinnamon muffin
Dinner - Vanilla yogurt and a protein bar
What did you have to eat yesterday?

He's in really bad pain unfortunately. I don't know if the new meds will help.

I checked the Farmer's Market again this morning. Still no fruits or veggies. Just handcrafted items I wasn't interested in buying.
I cooked half a dozen hamburgers to eat over the next few days. And thawed a blueberry muffin late last night.

@LindaOHio I'm going to contact someone at City Hall and ask if there's a Farmer's Market that has fruit and veggies somewhere else. Maybe someone there will know.

@DaddyEvil That's a good idea. Do you have a "rural" area nearby? You can drive around. We are surrounded by nurseries and people that grow their own fruits and vegetables.

I hardly remember from day to day what I actually eat. I am working of clearing out all the leftovers while I am home alone. Today I made a ham and havarti sandwich for breakfast. Lunch I had taquitos with queso over them. This evening I had a frozen fruit cup. Sipped on Gatorade all day. Breakfast coffee and then another coffee just now as it is finally cooling down a little. I have not been here much today.

That sandwich sure sounds good. I haven't had havarti in a long time.

Thank you. The new medication should help it not to progress so fast.
