Got One Bill Paid Off This Month

So this month we got the rug replacement bill paid off. Now there is a scratching spot on one stair. I haven't heard the cats scratching for some time so maybe they have finally learned not to. It was the two younger cats and especially Mittens. He is just one of those cats with an attitude. He struts from one room to the next and chases our older cat, Silver around. Makes me so mad! I either spray water at him or throw a small plastic container at him.

The idea to get a cat to stop is to make the cat think negative of the item. You have to do something where the cat thinks it was the object spraying, loud noise or ____. I know that isn't easy but I trained my cat that way. She has never scratched another thing in her 13 years.

Yes, I use a loud voice and he is shunned from my room. He is doing better.

I love paying bills off! I’m getting close to having my car paid off. 
I also love closing my accounts. I have three inactive accounts that I see are still open, so I’m going to close them on Monday. 
Mittens sounds like a handful, but then all cats are.

Mittens is a handful. I see why the couple who gave him to us gave him up. But we do love induviduals and cats. He is both.

I have a large cat tree for my kittens and they can scratch there are much as they want when they climb from one level to the next,
