Well, today, 6/21, is the first day of summer. Sadly the days will start getting shorter again.
Yesterday we went to swap out my phone at Boost Mobile; but there was no one there that could handle it; and they told us to come back in an hour. We didn't want to wait; so we went to Walgreen's and picked up my husband's new Jitterbug phone. It was more expensive than we were expecting; but fortunately it was on sale for $25 off. I signed him up for a $14.99 per month plan with a $35 activation fee. He will get 300 minutes per month which is more than enough for us!
What are you up to?
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - a leftover Meals on Wheels meal - They were closed yesterday for Juneteenth. This is a holiday commemorating the emancipation of the slaves. Beef stew, corn, mixed vegetables, roll
Dessert/Snack - Lemon cake and decaf coffee
Dinner - Vanilla yogurt

We picked up our meds yesterday and finished the shopping. We hadn't picked up the frozen foods we meant to get on Sunday.
We had part of a chicken pizza for lunch and I had a sausage, cheese and egg bagel for supper last night.

I love having the days stay lighter but I hate the heat and humidity that comes with summer
