Hello, myLot! Today was a little nutty, as I wasn't sure the time the lady was going to pick me up. I was 99% sure I brought my phone with me today, and then when I went to leave, I couldn't find it (and it being dark in there because the little kids were sleeping didn't help). Otherwise, we had a ton more kids than we had the last time that I worked. So, I had no way to call the lady to pick me up. So, I "sucked it up" and started walking in the heat. About 3 quarters of the way home, a white truck passed me and someone called, "Stacey, meet me at the crosswalk!" So, I kept walking until I got to the crosswalk, and there was my neighbor in her company truck. She said she'd tried to call and it had only gone to voicemail, so she was really concerned, and decided to come my way, anyway. Of course, now that I'm home, I realize my phone isn't here, so it must have fallen out of my bag or something at my boss' house. I hope she finds it and realizes it's mine, and/or actually looks at her email. Ugh. Phones are such ridiculous things... I don't know when I'm working again--I don't think my boss does, either. I hope that you all had a good morning/afternoon/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land, and I will "see" you all later !
