I was getting a little hungry and decided to put something together for lunch that satisfied my hunger, and is healthy. I took my sister's ( @SonjaRae ) lead, keeping it simple and fresh. Ingredients: 1/2 can sun-dried tomato and rosemary flavored albacore from Sassy Seafood Juice of one lemon 1/4 cup plain yogurt Salt and pepper Persian cucumber Miniature sweet peppers This was so good! I got healthy, raw vegetables, some delicious, and low fat protein, and it didn't require too much effort. What did you have for lunch today? Photo is my own.
