....she is of 4 years and for the last few days, she is having a fever. She was admitted to the hospital for 4-5 days and got well but again when she was discharged from the hospital and came back home, she again suffered from fever.
She had some rashes on her face and her body after she got a fever, the doctor says she has some infection but was not able to diagnose what is it.
Today my wife along with my brother's wife have gone to AIIMS (the biggest medical center in India) to get her diagnosed.
I am scared if she is not suffering from something major. Let's pray for her.

I will keep her and your family in my thoughts, Sanjeev. I hope they can diagnose what's causing the rashes and fever and do something to help her. Safe travel to them.

@sjvg1976 Yes, a fever that lasts that long is very concerning, especially for someone that young!

@DaddyEvil let's see what is written in her fate. Her mother has been crying since when she is ill.

@LadyDuck No still not clear. They went to two doctors. One doctor advised getting a CT scan of the chest as he wants to check the possibility of TB. And one of the paleontologists said she had no symptoms of TB. Now we are confused about what to do next.

Will they be seeing the doctors tomorrow about this? I'm surprised the doctor she already saw didn't know what it was. I hope they get some answers.
He we get vaccinated when young for childhood diseases like the measles and chickenpox, do kids there get vaccinated for those too?

@MarshaMusselman nearby doctor could not diagnose the reason. Today in the bigger hospital they have asked for a CT scan of the chest, probably they want to check if she may not suffering from TB.

@sjvg1976 so you mean the doctor at the bigger hospital or the one nearby?
Allergic reactions can also cause hives but I don't know whether there would also be a fever.

I wish her well. Kids are normally resilient, so I wouldn't be hitting that pain button yet. Just take it one day of a time.
