I am thinking of starting to teach coupon classes again and I want to have all my ducks in a row before I do. I haven't been on here too much lately because I have been emailing companies and asking for coupons, clipping coupons, looking for deals, etc My plan will be to start free classes on how to save money at the grocery store in September.
With the price of everything climbing these days I feel the time is right to help people learn to save money.
I am a bit technically challenged but I want to use an app to save money and haven't done that yet. I have been researching Checkout51, iBotta, and Fetch Rewards. Personally, I want to earn money from an app., not gift cards, so Fetch Rewards is out.
Have any of you tried Checkout51 or iBotta and if so what do you think of them and which app do you like better, or saves/earns you the most money?

My daughter uses Ibotta and has saved quite a bit of money. She always checks iBotta before she makes a purchase and can get anywhere from 1 or 2% up to sometimes 10%. It's also good for grocery shopping.
I've gotten money back from Rakuten which is similar to iBotta

Okay, thanks for the info on iBotta. Since I only have room for 1 app on my phone, I need to know more about both iBotta and Checkout 51. I am leaning toward iBotta. I used Rakuten when it was eBates.

@Kouponkaren I never heard of Checkout 51 but we've been using iBotta for years.
My daughter has iBotta and I have Rakuten so we compare to see who is giving the best offer when we're looking to shop,

Oh, that is good that you can help each other out. I don't buy much online so Rakuten won't really help me.

Yes, I have used coupon.com as well. There's a lot out there that people don't know about. So much that it can be overwhelming so I just want to spread the word!

I don't think there are that many coupon classes around. I used to teach them in Connecticut because I got FREE stuff every week and saved a lot of money for my family and i wanted to teach others to do that as well. it was fun. My dream is to someday drive all around the Us and teach classes on how to save money in every state I go to!
