Sweepstakes Time

Do you ever enter sweepstakes or contests? Back a few years ago, I found a website called Sweeties Sweeps. This woman that owns the website keeps track of lots of different contests and sweepstakes and gives lists of links to contests that can be entered daily, weekly, only once, etc. Back when I was doing this about 10 years ago, pretty seriously, I won all kinds of things including gift cards, hats, water bottles, t-shirts, coupons for free food, etc.
When I start teaching my coupon classes again, I am going to also mention this website as a way to supplement an income. I will write a list of things I won in a different post.
So 1 week ago I started entering the sweepstakes I found on this site again. The very first night I tried I won a fanny pack from Pure Leaf iced tea! It was an instant win sweepstake and it was so much fun to see the words "You're a Winner" on my computer screen.
I'm going to try to enter sweepstakes every day through Labor Day weekend...I call it "The Summer of Sweepstakes," and then I will write about it on HubPages, and talk about it in my classes. I'm off to enter them right now.

It can be a lot of work but totally worth it. Good luck...the instant wins are the most fun and not very hard to do.

It's always fun to win things, isn't it? I get a rush from it. And I always feel blessed whenever I win anything.

I've never really won anything so I don't enter contest or sweepstakes. It's interesting thought hat you win stuff

I won something online and till date I have not gotten the prize. I feel is P.R that mostly they usually do for the sight to be active

@Kouponkaren Sometimes a mindset can change outcomes and perspectives. I say that about money in general a lot. If you tell yourself you are poor you will be poor. If you tell yourself you are rich no matter how much money is in the bank, you will likely always wind up having more.

I think you need to change your mindset. I win often, but I never have said, even from the beginning, that I don't win anything. I think somehow that helps me win more. But I also feel blessed to win what I do.

Now that's something I don't play is Lotto. I don't want to waste my money when I don't win. The thing I like about sweepstakes is that they are free!

Aw, that's a bummer. Maybe the "luck of the Irish" helps people in Ireland win more prizes? LOL!

@Kouponkaren Many things that are available in the US are made available only in Ireland and UK here, because they are only the two English speaking countries. They do not want to spend money translating.
