Yesterday I shared a post about the workshop I attended last week.
Each day we we had a lecture and then lists of hands on time working on our individual appliqué art project.
The first day we spend time digging through our fabrics, sharing with each other when we needed a small piece of something not in our pile of fabrics.
This was the beginning of my project.

It was a lot of fun. Every person in attendance had a different project. Lots of laughing and sharing.

@JudyEv we all had something in common. One or two members of the group were “needy” and wanted the instructors approval for each and every piece..

It will be a quilted wall hanging. More of an art piece than a snuggle quilt.

I’ll share photos of my progress, the first piece went quickly, the finishing could take months,

I’m happy that this was an in person class. I don’t think it could be taught well through video.
