I just want to end my day by sharing this moment of teaching a 2-year-old girl. It makes me wondered why some Chinese mothers are so ambitious in letting their kids to learn the English language at an early age. During the class online, I need to dive to a child's level. A big challenge that can be a priceless effort. It is not only happens for a child, but also with the adults, too. Have you ever experienced diving one's mind to a person's level of thinking? As a fourth-grade teacher, I have to do this on a regular basis.

Yes, communication is easier if we're both on the same level. It's the same as teaching how to do anything. You have to start at a basic level and bring them up to your level as gently as you can. Some people learn fast and some don't.
