A dinner with cauliflower and mayo.

I had part of a cauliflower in the fridge and no interest in cooking.
So I steamed al dente the cauliflower and meanwhile I used my wonderful mini pimer to make mayo.
I ate that and it was more than enough to make me happy.
Now I´ll mylot a bit and then turn the lights off. Tomorrow Claudia is coming, it is Rosa´s day and I need gas and groceries. The day is always full.

I never had cauliflower with mayo (sounds interesting). Usually I just spritz it with olive oil and roast it in the oven

With the mini pimer I don´t eat as much cholesterol because it is done with the whole egg.

@marguicha - I make the mayo using the whole egg, you must add the white little by little when you do it manually. I learned in France.

We half cook cauliflower to eat it crispy. Sometimes we mix it with other veggies in chopsuey.
