Wish I Had A Dash Cam

As I headed to town this morning I was wishing that. Right down the road a doe deer was standing at the edge. I slowed down and honked at her. She jumped back at first. But that was to gather her kids. I had stopped to see where she was going. She came out and crossed the road with her triplets. Yes, she had 3 with her. They usually only have twins.
Scary One cat decided it was time to move these cuties to the carport this afternoon. She had four to start with. I think she had lost one before she moved the kittens the first time. But as you can see these 3 are all bright eyed and bushy tailed. All 3 look like they are boys.
My grocery shopping went fast today. I stopped at Aldi and got a few things there. But I did not really save any money. Maybe 2 dollars. That isnt worth the extra time to stop at another store. So for now I will stick with just Walmart.

Be careful! It looks like wild tigers have invaded your yard! 
You never know when they'll sink those sharp little claws or teeth into you! 
I hope the doe manages to raise all three fawns. It really is unusual to see a doe with triplets.
We didn't make the extra drive to Republic to visit the Food4Less this month. The prices last month were about the same as Walmart.3 people like this

There were some items that we buy at Aldi or Food4Less that Walmart doesn't carry... But not for the prices they were listed at last month.

@DaddyEvil I just need to keep Tippy cat from teaching them anything. She bites at toes all the time. Then tris to smack back when I get on her for it.

The 2 more yellow ones think they are. They were hissing and spitting at me Then later climbed on my foot.
They are up and traveling with her so have a very good chance as they should be starting to eat other food some now. I was really surprised.
I had stopped going to Aldi a few years ago. Decided to see if they had improved. They havent.

Usually once they are roaming with mom they are starting to eat food besides her milk. So they should.

I wish you had a dash cam too! I haven't seen a doe with triplets before, but have seen several with twins.
The kittens are adorable!
We are getting an Aldi in McComb in the the shopping center next to Walmart. Our Kroger there shut down during covid, so I am glad to see an alternative popping up. This is the first Aldi I have seen in MS or LA.

Those three kittens are lovely, how old are they?
I often regret not having a dash cam, there are interesting early morning encounters.
I went to Aldi this morning I had a $ 5 coupon for a grocery shopping of $ 50. I bought some more cat food and got my $ 5 off.1 person likes this

@wolfgirl569 - They are still very young, lovely! We have a dash cam, it is in a drawer.
The cat food was even on sale at 33% so I would have bought anyway I have more and more cats coming to enjoy.

They are about a month old now.
A dash cam would help a lot when we are driving.
I didnt check the pet food. Glad you were able to get it there and save some.

Too bad you couldn't get a pix of the deer and her fawns. Do you have a camera on your phone? Even the basic flip phones have cameras now. Cute pix of the kittens. Glad your grocery shopping went well. It was hot! Wishing you, your hubs and the animal crew a great 4th of July weekend.
