So blasted FICKLE!!!

Ok, I don't mean those mourning doves, they at least don't scurry off at the mere sight of a human from 40 feet away like those sparrows do. Sure, the image is a little blurry but that's because I was so far off and then had to crop the shot so you could tell what I took a shot of.
By fickle I mean that blasted Roku TV I bought back in October.
Today the audio started to cut out on me and thankfully I bought it at Sams along with a 4 yr warranty so I call them to initiate a claim.
The rep on the phone asks that I get him a shot of the serial # on the back of the TV which I did then he asks me to turn on the TV and low and behold there's sound 
, naturally I feel like a fool and apologize and the nice guy says not to worry and to let them know if it happens again.
So again I'm watching an episode of a show and sure enough right smack dab in the middle of a sentence total silence ..... and no I didn't think that was golden 
Again I call the warranty company and this time I told the guy that the TV is being moody, one minute I have sound the next I don't.
Apparently all this happened a little late in the day and he recommended I call back tomorrow as they are closing for the day and wouldn't be able to help. 
Cheeeeze, I just plain HATE THEM THAR FICKLE TVs
But of course I can't just rant without leaving something here for you to watch:

I hope you get some help with your TV. I was watching an episode on peacock last month and the episode quit right in the middle of it. I had to wait several weeks before it let me continue where I left off.
We use a raku that is connected to our TV.

My little sparrows do scurry off at the mere sight of a human. They often stay on the rail of the balcony while I water my flowers. They must have the habit to see me. The mourning doves can become pretty annoying when they go on and on and never shut up. I told them that I am going to try "oven roasted doves" one of the coming days.

They know you so well. Mom had one who would follow her along her laundry line but stayed out of reach, the ones here won't even stay in the tree tops when I come outside.
Thank you, I hate it too. The real aggravation is that the TV isn't even a year old yet.

Doves and TVs seem to have something in common. Although "flighty" might be another way to describe it.

@rebelann It's nearly a year. Our TV got into trouble especially its LCD which displayed streaks which discolorize the pictures after more 5 years.

I lose the sound on mine fairly reguarly, however it hasn't done it lately. I was thinking a sound bar might help. Most people seem to use those with Smart TV's. I don't know about Roku.
