July 1 already! Breakfast is blueberry & pecan pancakes. No potatoes this breakfast. Adding pecans for a heart healthier pancakes.
4tg of July weekend is here. I'm planning a stay home celebration if tv & food. News will have the beautiful fireworks to enjoy. Lots of festivities around town on Oahu this weekend too.

Your blueberry and pecan pancakes look delicious.
Have a wonderful 4th! I'll be watching all the fireworks on tv but I"m sure some people will still be setting off fireworks here.
