I took photos of these guys. I think that they're supposed to be the little Cracker Jack sailor.
They both have composition heads, and a bit of damage here and there--but some Cracker Jack collector might like them.
These sat in my Mom's doll cabinet for a lo-o-o-ong time. I found a couple of little feathers on them and thought the dolls were "leaking" somewhere, then I realized that they had come from the boa of a flapper doll that my Mom had had in the same cabinet.

These dolls are cute! I remember when I was a kid, some sailors visited Hong Kong. They wore this uniform.

Looking nice but I know my son wouldn't like it at all since there was one he saw on youtube similar to that and he was so disgusted
