Even though today is more than chilly, I have good news.
My tummy finally decided to get well. So today I will eat a decent meal. Not very spicy but tasty. I still have some soup from yesterday but I will add a main dish with more flavor and color.
Another good news about my health is that the pills that the doctor gave me have proven to be a miracle. As the pills are not intelligent, they don´t only stop my knee pains, but also my back pains where I know for sure that I have arthrosis. So I can walk well and with a better pace. I´m very happy.
I will add some veggies to my lunch today. I bought several before I got ill so I´ll have to check my fridge.
How is your Sunday going? I had a nice Saturday yesterday and as I had a sort of laptop visit with Coral and her sister Sonja (@thesojourner and @SonjaRae) I also got more earnings due to interaction

I´m relaxing too while mylotting. I have to wait an hour after the meds before eating.

I'm so glad you're feeling better. May I ask what you are taking for pain as my medications do not work as well? Maybe my doctor can prescribe them.
