Another Mass Shooting in Illinois

Why? How much longer will we allow weapons to be in the hands of people who really don't need to have weapons? People are safe nowhere anymore. Not ANYWHERE! I saw another news article about a Mall Shooting in Denmark as well. Sorry folks, I really don't care about the right to carry a weapon. Until we eradicate them, this won't end.

It is really sad to see , mostly due to video games , they are addicted to it , they don`t know what is happening out side , Don`t you think need to control social media and video games ?

Of course I believe censorship is necessary, but without weapons access, they would not be able to carry out these atrocities.

Lately, many such cases have been heard. Don't know why the government allows people to carry weapons. Here in India such things rarely happen.

I like @PhredWreck idea the best. Exceptions for hunting. But you dont use an AR15 for that anyways and you know if unting season is in.

I don't think you're allowed to carry a weapon in Denmark, not unless you're out hunting or in the police. He used legal weapons, but did not have a license to carry them. It would be good to have even less weapons though. Without weapons, mass shootings are impossible.

@SonjaRae It doesn't happen that often here though, not making it too easy to get weapons does help. But if noone had weapons, would anyone but hunters have problems doing what they want to? Maybe those competing with weapons, so not many. Police in some situation, I don't know enough about police work to say yes or no.

I am with JJ. Have them on your own property if you must but ban them on the streets. And make them harder to buy and ban assault weapons.
