Went for a walk...

Photo I took of where I put the table I "adopted".

And I brought home a little side table that someone had discarded. To top it off, on my way home a "young man" (everyone looks young to me) offered to carry it for me. It wasn't all that heavy, just awkward. Now all I need is a lamp to put on it so that I can read there in the evenings. I'm thinking tomorrow, since things are open again, I may go to the Goodwill store and see if they might have one that will work. I got my bedside lamp there, so why not? Maybe if it's plain white/ecru I can paint it to sort-of-kind-of match the one in my bedroom. It's 1:34 by my computer clock, and I guess I'll have lunch, soon. Hope your morning/afternoon/evening is going well in your part of myLot land!

That is not a bad little side table.

The only thing I was a little bummed about (though this would have been an added bonus I wasn't looking for) was that the table had a plug outlet and ports for charging phones or whatever in the side of it. Sadly the wire that evidently had come out of the table to plug into the wall had been cut.

So far so good, I can't really complain to much I guess. Things could always be a lot worse.

It matched perfectly with your decor. And you saved some money with that nightstand you found. He's in great shape. Reusing is ecologically correct.
