Unexpected but welcome visitors

Before I left for my doctor's appointment today, I happened to look out my window and see what I thought was an oriole out on the flowers. Thankfully, I was able to get several photos. 
Orioles used to come to the hummingbird feeders at the house. These guys seemed to want to hang out on and pick at the flowers. If they went to the hummingbird feeder, I never saw it. Then again, the holes on this feeder may be too small. With the feeder at home, my Mom removed a couple of the plastic yellow "flowers" over the holes so that the holes were big enough for the orioles to get something out of.
These seemed much smaller than the ones that came to the house. Either they were young, or some other kind of bird?
