And sent the Team leader of Ray Last Laboratories an email. It is about a job doing anatomical prosections of bodies that are donated to the laboratory. I honestly feel sort of dumb sending an email to the team leader being like "I have no experience so I really have no business applying for this role but how can I get experience to do this role?"
I wonder what he will say...

The never-ending dilemma of people trying to start a career. You need to get a job to get the necessary experience, but you can't get a job because you don't have the necessary experience.
I hope you get a positive response, or at least some suggestions or guidance on how to get more experience.

Yeah companies unwillingness to train people is kind of dumb... And they wonder why there is a shortage in skilled workers because the ones that are skilled likely went off to do other things.

Unfortunately not a lot of places just take people with no experience... They want new graduates to have 5-6 years of experience in some fields
