I'm surprised it survived..

When opened the door to meet the pastor's wife, who had come to pick me up to take me to Bible study, a box was sitting in front of the door.
It looked as though the mail carriers, or someone had played soccer with it.
I couldn't think of what it could be, and I was on my way out, so I shoved it inside and left.
When I got home, I was finally able to open it.
To my surprise, it was the glass hummingbird feeder that I had bought--and I was mainly surprised that it wasn't broken.
This feeder is slightly larger than the one I have now, so the hummingbirds won't suck it dry so fast, and it's glass, not plastic, so it won't melt if I put it in the dishwasher.

Who sent it to you? You are lucky to get it, I think.
