Talking about birds

So, I haven't seen them the past few days, but there were a small pack of crows hanging around the yard. One day there were 3 in a tree calling to their buddies. There must have been something around they liked to eat. They were joined by one other bird, and I saw them for a few days, once in the driveway. I wonder what it was they found appealing. I know they like corn. However, I don't have any. Do you see birds around in your area? Any unusual sightings?

We have plenty of birds in our area, the magpies come every day to finish what the cat leaves in his bowl.

@snowy22315 - They are funny to watch. They look around several times, then slowly approach the bowl, get the food and fly away.

We have many birds but I haven't seen much activity recently. Although, about a week ago I did see a bluebird. I wished I could have taken a picture but I was driving at the time so missed doing so.

They flit around here pretty often, but the majority of the birds here are not pretty.

It's rare to see any unusual birds around here. I see mostly sparrows or mourning doves. Back in the late 90s through the early 2000s I'd get grackles but they haven't come around in years.

@snowy22315 We usually see the cardinals more in the colder months, although our son has a few in his yard. They have such a sweet song.

We have some birds. The cats have been sitting in the sun room watching them.

Not more than the usual. Their chirping in the early morning is a pleasant sound to wake up to.
