Cookery 101: Chicken Macaroni Soup

It has been raining the whole morning today. So I decided to cook 'chicken macaroni soup' for lunch. It is a perfect meal for a cold day. It takes a long time shredding the chicken meat though. But all the ingredients made it yummier to have. It is also my first time to do it. As I had mentioned before, I am not a good cook.

I love that simple soup, I wonder why Filipinos call it " sopas" when " sopa " is Spanish for soup
Yes that is also one of our comfort food, easy to make, I like to sprinkle parmesan cheese on mine. We were busy today so we just ordered Korean style chicken wings and made lettuce, tomato and cucumber salad to make our meal healthier

Not much. Thawing chili beans for tomorrow. Got frozen Zippy's Chili, on sale. Today, cut fruit bowl, so cool & juicy. Your soup perfect for rainy day! Looks yummy!
