Hello, all ! I've been up a while, but I've been unsuccessfully trying to make a phone call (and get an actual person) for a couple of hours. 
I'm still on hold.
Today is Wednesday, and I hope to get something done around here. I've been so glued to trying to get through on this phone call, I haven't had breakfast yet. I guess I'll get that...
Okay, I actually got through to a person, and she said that not only has my name been taken off the bill, but I'm getting a refund. Cool. Glad that's over with.
Now I'll be getting breakfast and coffee. Guess I'll have a late lunch.
