It's done!

It is done--for my part, and according to the phone call I got from my brother about five minutes ago--it will be done Thursday.
The key in the photo is mine--but I took a photo of it to be symbolic of the fact that my brother told me he's giving the keys to our house to our first renters tomorrow. 
I thought I would feel weirder at the thought of someone else living in my childhood home--but I don't. Plus, it will be a source of revenue for my brother and me.

Have you met the renters? That would make me feel better about the situation, if I were in your shoes.
