My lunch for today is mixed vegetables

Although, I'm bit sleepy, I'm going to eat lunch first with mixed vegetables. Vegetables are the following: squash, malunggay (moringa) leaves, string beans with flavouring coconut milk from a shredded coconut white. Imagine how nutritious it is. Then, after my lunch, I'll take a rest for few minutes before going to sleep.
As of the moment, it's already 11:37am here in my clock.
How's your day right now? What will be your lunch?

And how did you get Sam to eat vegetables? 
I would eat the squash, malunggay leaves and string beans but not the rice in your photo. (Sam could have my rice. 
)
It's 11:20 pm here and I didn't eat lunch. I did eat some chicken nuggets with some raw spinach for supper tonight, though. (I had a vanilla ice cream cone for dessert.)
My day wasn't very good.
I hope you have a nice rest.

Honestly, he didn't eat this. His lunch as well as his brother ate chicken nuggets.

Yes, a nutritious mixed vegetable dish. I had Chinese noodles with chicken for lunch.

I like that kind of dish. I also cook something like that here. Enjoy.

Oh. No, I can't make no lunch. Even if my work is on a night shift, I'll make sure that I can make my lunch will be good even if it's late.

@luisga814 We are Italians and Italians eat spaghetti for lunch, never for breakfast, sometimes for dinner. Spaghetti are not a snack.

Spaghetti for lunch. We used to eat spaghetti for snacks or breakfast and not for lunch.

Although we don't have in our backyard for this however my wife sort to get it for free from a friend.
