Tonight is an easy dinner night because we have been snacking all day. So I make meals ahead of the time sometimes and then throw them in the oven/microwave/ or on the stove whenever I don't feel like actually cooking. Tonight is one of those nights, where I just grab and throw them into the microwave. On tonight's menu is homemade cheeseburger mac. Which because I portioned it up a couple weeks ago, all I had to do was throw it in the oven and cook it for about five minutes for each portion and dinner was served. So that's what dinner was/is tonight. Didn't cost me anything tonight, because it was already made. But I'm guessing that total, it was probably $2.50 for both portions. So that's $1.25 each. Not too shabby for a hot homemade meal.
