Yesterday (photo on the left) I noticed that the Morning Glories were climbing higher up the shepherd's pole. Today (photo on the right) I saw that they had a bloom.
Now that I got a notice that the painters are going to power-wash my building--supposedly today--I wonder what they'll say about my planter boxes (I got a note saying that I was supposed to move everything on my patio close to the wall. The one with the morning glory climbing up it is wired to the "fence" on one side of my patio. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

They wouldn't so much ask me to get rid of it as move it--and while the morning glories would grow back, it would be a pain.

@xstitcher yeah it is quite a hardy plant but of course you'd feel bad since you put effort into growing it.

I enjoy them. I had them going nuts growing back at my house--by "nuts" I mean they were really flourishing!
