Sometimes answering advertisements will lead to go things. I was very bored, so I was playing on my phone. I saw an advert for a modeling agency in Tell Aviv, the next city over from Jerusalem. So on a lark I sent in my picture. Imagine my surprise when they called me, and asked me to come for an interview! I wore my best wig, stylish sneakers a light dress and took the 7:30am high speed train from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv. I allowed myself an extra hour to get lost. Well, I got lost. I finally found a bus to take me to the area, but arrived 20 minutes late. At least I had 4 copies of my resume, and the manager, Motti was impressed with me, and my smile. He was also attentive to my resume, The photo shoot for the website is coming up on Aug. 3!! Wish me luck!!

I thought the same thing, but then when I went to the offices there are many people working there, the phones are ringing all the time, and more and more people were coming in for interviews. So I think that it is legit.

my cousin was picked for airways advert back in the day , think she just had the right look at the time, i used to have the poster but no idea where it went

I don't know the assignment yet, the photo shoot will be for the portfolio on the website and to be in the database.

It is all free lance, so I don't know how many gigs there will be, or even for what at the moment.

@Laurakemunto I hope that it will be worth the time and effort, it takes about 2 hours from my home to the offices, the photographer is a bit closer. So time will tell.

I really have no idea yet. The agency has a big database of models from all age groups men, women and children, so when there is a request, the details are entered into the database and who fits the profile will be selected.
