Cottage cheese topped baked potato casserole.

My mylot friend RasmaSandra posted a discussion on " Baked potato casserole " and I liked it and made up my mind to make it. I did bake the potato casserole but with a difference. Cheddar cheese causes acidity and therefore I replaced it with cottage cheese. The crispy cottage cheese did taste wonderful. I had the dish with rice and dal for lunch.
I am so happy to have so many friends in mylot for I am learning a lot from them.

@aninditasen it's eggs and potato omelet actually. thinly slice potatoes mixed with battered egg and salt and then fried.

I have never tried broiled or grilled potatoes. Well I shall try baking potatoes with eggs. Do you prefer cook the eggs?

Yes, I sliced them into thin round shapes though not as thin as wafers and put it in my air fryer. Thank you for your compliments.
