Was watching common wealth games free style relay swimming only to see kenya loose. Now am preparing to go to bed it's almost midnight here. Everyone who made it to Birmingham: the competitors are winners it took them time, commitment, perseverance to reach there .

Yes. Somewhat we've been disappointed with our athletes. However you need to think of it that there's always a winner that we need to accept. That will call true sportsmanship.

Yes it's true in aa competition always we have two outcomes the winner and the loser but I do salute them for the hardwork that they have put

It’s hard to beat the powerhouse nations in swimming (US, China, Australia, New Zealand), but Kenya does often excel at many of the running events, especially marathons.

Very true but the problem is so much corruption and politics
has been put in sports that hinder the atheletes from achieving maximum results
