Today we baked mint chocolate chip cookies with a drizzle of white chocolate. We also put some cashew nuts on some of them. They turned out pretty great. This will serve as boyfriend's breakfast as he starts work early at 6 AM. Hopefully we don't eat it all up in one sitting.
We are getting good the more we bake

Cookies look great! With the price of energy going up as it is you might have to make do with cold pressed oat cookies. I’ve made a few in my time and they turn out ok.
