Got 100% in my QA Score

Good evening. It's 7:31pm here of August 4th. I set up my work station here to prepare for my online work as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes. I don't know how it feels while setting up, I've seen my QA (Quality Assurance) score for one of my chats. Every other day, there's a separate team reviewing one chats conversation per agent to make sure that we're communicating to the customers well and following the process of our company. Last August 2, I got only 92 because I've missed some points due to I didn't confirmed to the customer the name of the items been returned. Although, the customer said returned all items and in our process we still need to confirm the name of the items returned not totally refunding all items. I've missed that in which I got only 92 due to that missed. Now, August 4, my QA Score got 100%, I didn't reviewed yet why I got 100%. I'll review that later. Hoping that continues goes well on the next coming days. I'm not looking forward for always 100. I'm just praying that I will not hit below 90 because the required passing score should be 95. But for me, I'll be good for 90+ not consecutive. Maybe sometimes 100 will be good. Take note on the image, you'll see 87.5 but the one recorded in our system is the percent
