I think studying for long hours is draining...I mean I am having tea 4 times every day and still can't stop myself from dozing off every afternoon. I just don't know how to increase my energy level. My health isn't supporting. I am 19 years old but I have a follow a strict diet because of my digestive problems. I have mild constipation too. I don't know how I can pull off long stretches of self-study. It's really important that I do because I have my mid semester exams in the last week of September. How do you manage digestive problems? And how do you work for long hours? Leave some advice below...

Try to eat more fruits for a better digestion. And instead of tea, try to switch it up by drinking coffee once in awhile so you can stay awake and do your studies and revision at length.

I had digestive problem too. At 19, I was a couch potato. Irregular eating habit as well as sleeping pattern. Constipation was normal. For this I started to eat only 3 times in a day and one time at 4 O' clock, I often take some snacks. This has became my daily routine now. And I started to focus on my career and working hard. You will not believe I have not got any illness in past 3 years. Don't work long hours, try to study with your comfort. It will give quality. And remaining time play games or anything else with family, friends etc. I try to earn in remaining time. It keeps my mind fresh that if I cannot get success from studies, I will survive with the help of money.

@Dreamerby what you are saying 12:45 a.m. In India it is not recommended. We should sleep at 9 o'clock.

I have found a supplement called sea buckthorn and it has been helping digestive issues. I am sorry you are experiencing this.

I'd try to break the study into small chunks. Maybe go out and walk around the house from time to time if that is possible.

Tried all natural remedies...didn't help. I have to take senna tea 4 days a week or else there's bloating and gas.
