Goodness of rain

It's an essential component for germination, but too much of it causes flooding, which can destroy the soil with erosion, plants die . But it's goodness when in sufficient amounts, it facilitates germination. The maize plantation below has grown well and so beautiful to the eyes. It's our staple food and hence it's known countrywide.

Yes maize is staple food here though we do plant rice for export and local use too

Yes when rain is enough, plants grow well and it means plentiful of food and other vegetation

Yes with good rains, agricultural produce is yielded that is able to feed a population for a given span of time
