Love Dark Chocolates? They Are Nutritious.

Got USD300 consumption vouchers from the HK government in an effort to boost the economy. I've used some to buy skin care products, groceries this morning. I wanted to give myself a treat. Bought a box of Lindt dark chocolate (85%). Quality dark chocolate is rich in iron, magnesium, copper, manganese. It also has plenty of potassium, phosphorus, zinc, and selenium. However, it comes with moderate amounts of sugar, calories and caffeine. For this reason, dark chocolates should be consumed in moderation. Do you love chocolates? Milk or dark?

I have never been a fan of dark chocolates unless it's on cookie or with strawberries. I prefer the white one. Lindt chocolates are amazing! Enjoy it!

I like milk and dark chocolates. Pretty prefers milk chocolate. When we buy a mixed box of chocolates, I know I'm getting all the dark chocolates in the box.

I go for 90% or 99% dark chocolate. I have read that it is also good for the brain. Have to confess that I do have a weakness for milk chocolate, too!

Dark chocolate is healthier, but milk chocolate is tasteful for me since it is sweeter. I just don't like white chocolate

I love both milk and dark chocolates! There are definitely more health benefits to dark chocolate though. I buy a dark chocolate that is like 99% - it's a bit bitter but I enjoy the taste.

I take dark chocolates in winter to boost my immunity. I don't take them in summer as it increases body heat.

@Beestring When I used to eat candy bars before I preferred the milk chocolate and once in a while dark chocolate. Now, I do not eat candy bars at all and still buy cakes and brownies and eat them in moderation but whatever chocolate is on top I do not mind.

I used to love chocolate in general as a kid but when I started having dental issues I couldn't eat them and I just never got back to eating chocolate. I can't say I never eat it but it's rare and when I do it's usually milk chocolate.

A chocolate fan here! My favorite is caramel chocolate and of course milk but I used to eat dark chocolate during college for energy a lot and the habit stayed. I like the dark fruit one usually orange. I can only eat maybe 3 pieces at the time.

You are lucky living in HK,the social welfare is so nice.No wonder so many Chinese wanna emigrate to HK.I ate chocolate only in winter, the weather was too hot in Summer, the chocolate wasn't tolerant of heat.I had a preference on Dark Chocolates which smell more scented.

The consumption voucher is not social welfare. This is a one time handout. Rich people can get it too. It's just a measure used by the HK government to boost the economy. Dark chocolate is healthier.
