Honeymoon in Paradise!

I was answering someone's question about what my husband and I did for our honeymoon 26 years ago, and I thought to myself that the full particulars might make a good post! We flew down to Miami and boarded a Royal Caribbean Honeymooners cruise - no noisy children! We had a stateroom with a porthole facing the outside, so we had a magnificent view the whole time. We would spend our days out on excursions to the different ports of call -- Haiti and some other small Caribbean islands, Jamaica, and Mexico. Then at night, we would do some fine dining, so fancy that one of the three waiters at our table would fluff your napkin out on your lap! After supper, we would catch the off-Broadway-type entertainment in the lounge (always excellent) and then go back to our stateroom. We had such a fun time and have talked for 26 years about doing it again when we retire. This post is already too long, so I'll tell you about my nightie hilarity in part 2!
