I applied for supervisory position

Good morning, it's already 8:24am of 11th of August here. Due to poor performance from May to July 2022, during the scheduled coaching with my supervisor, he informed to me a possible return to office (RTO) on September 5, 2022. According to him, bottom 50% of the entire cluster will do the RTO. In which, out of 124 agents in our cluster, I'm on rank #77. He can't do anything about this. Since, I'm about to do the RTO as it may cause of removing my home internet allowance, I asked him some details specifically about the supervisory position's prospective salary. He didn't gave me exact detail of the salary of the supervisor but at least a range only. In which, I calculated even if the internet allowance will be removed then I'll be needing extra allowance (not provided by the company; in my own expense) for my transportation. I think, it will be manageable if I'll be accepted as a supervisor although, responsibility is bit high but the salary is not that enough but manageable. I've talked to my wife about my RTO this September 5, hoping that I'll be promoted for supervisory position. If not, as an agent, it will affect our monthly budget. My wife just said, we can't do anything about it, however, we'll do our best to manage our finances. My wife accepted from a friend to nanny her grandchild and my wife will be paid weekly an average of $4 a day with an equivalent of $20 a week (Monday to Friday only). Not that big, however, it will help for my additional expense of my transportation. I submitted my letter of intent and curriculum vitae an hour ago. I hope, I'll be promoted for supervisory position as per identified that there's 16 supervisors on vacancy and only 5 as of the moment submitted the letter of intent.
