Thursday shift - Got 2 promoters

Good morning. It's Friday here. 9:05am to be exact in my mobile phone.
Just want to flex my performance for my night work shift as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes for Thursday.
I got 2 promoters without any detractor until the end of my shift.
Although my Wednesday shift was not good because I had 1 detractor without any promoter. Good thing that I bounce back for Thursday and looking forward to continue the good journey until Friday shift.
Monday: 3 promoters no detractor
Tuesday: 2 promoters no detractor with 100% QA.
Wednesday: 1 detractor no promoter
Thursday: 2 promoters no detractor with 92.75% QA.
Friday: aiming for more promoters no detractor.
If I'll maintain those kind of scoring on the coming weeks minus the detractor last Wednesday, I have the edge for the supervisor position.
Looking forward with that.

@luisga814 When I get a customer service rep on the phone, I always rate them very well. I know it is not an easy job.
