Homemade Vegetable Soup

My daughter called and told me that two of her friends have Covid and that both of them lived alone. I decided to make a pot of my homemade vegetable beef soup and my daughter just picked up two containers to deliver them. My heart is happy. I like to help anyone I can whenever possible. My daughter was so grateful as well.
