Juice Is Done

We have enough tomato juice for the winter. Chili and soup will be easy to make and taste great. I decided to wait a few days before making the spaghetti sauce. The last 20 pounds are still very firm. If we let them set a few more days they will provide more juice.
I checked the garden today. I see one almost ripe little pumpkin out there. It is way too early for those. I also see lots of green beans. So I might pick a large mess of those tomorrow. It looks like I may even be picking some Friday morning to take to the auction. The plants I moved to look at are loaded. My hot peppers are ready to be picked again too. I will get those done tomorrow night. Next Friday might be a very good pay day.

Well, at least you have some work, if you'll just do it. 
Our bell peppers are loaded with new peppers now and two or three are almost ready to pick. I've been eating the cherry tomatoes for the last month or so... YUMM! We lost the green onions (I kinda think rabbits ate them.) and lettuce to squirrels. (We caught him eating them. I put that wire across the top of the pot and he still got them.
)

Plenty of work. You could come help. 
At least you have the bell peppers. Squirrels are fairly smart. And he was hungry too

@wolfgirl569 I can't be in the sun long enough to help you. 
There was all kinds of greenery he could eat instead of the lettuce. There are even green walnuts but noooo, he had to eat the red lettuce!

@wolfgirl569 My scarlet runner beans bloomed lovely red blooms but gave us maybe 5 beans. Sure made a pretty display. Just wish we'd gotten at least a handful of food.

Never tried to time it out for how long they can stay. Just keep a close eye on them.
