Friday Night Back to Normal After COVID

We(my neighborhood) have been relieved of the noise and fights over at Taco Bell for a couple of years now. The apartment complex in which I live is right across the street from Taco Bell. Lately, when it gets busy it is still pretty quiet and
not a problem to have a window open that faced the place.
Last night at about 10:30p. cars started stacking up in the drive-thru. Hadn't been this busy in a couple of years. Loud motors, loud rapper-type music, people yelling at each other, and some not civil language. This doubled and then tripled over a couple of hours. Cars backed up clear out to the road.
I have had to call the police before when I could hear a woman being beaten or a fight going on.
Too much noise. I barely lived through it. If it had gone on much longer I would have had to revert to my old stand-by actions of yelling out the window for them to shut up. Makes me feel better. Does nothing to solve the problem.

I used to do so all of the time on the weekends. But last night I actually refrained.

It may be a pain, but it's good things are getting back to some form of normal. That's all you can ask for.

Glad they stopped making noise quickly, I could not take that on my nerves, Sounds like a noisy place to live but get to have a Taco Bell right across the street,

As they got through the line and left the noise did quit. Thank goodness.
