Workout Time

Yes, I am getting back into working out. I don't know how often I will do it...but let's try to start with 3x a week for an hour each. I will just do dancing today I think. I have also had low carb food only today. I did have quite a bit of fat. Not quite enough protein, but I may have some fish later of some kind and maybe keto chow ice cream so that will definitely up the protein.

Good for you! Exercise is so important. I'm glad you ate low carb too.

It is not enjoyable though. The food is okay. Today my blood sugars have been low
