I am back. Life update!!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am back again. I was missing from here because of some health issues. I am doing good now. I missed mylot and lovely wonderful people a lot. Before few months I started getting pain in my neck. After few days, got pain in back too. I showed the Orthopaedic doctor. I got the X ray done. There was little shift in spine C7. He started the pills and gave me gel to apply. He said not to worry it will be fine. I did the course. He also suggested to get few injections for Vitamin D and Vitamin B12. My neck problem got solved. Again after a month or so, the neck pain started again. The doctor suggested to get MRI done. Reports were normal. It's muscles spasm. He suggested to wear neck collar for few days. He said it reoccurs sometimes. He advised to sleep on thin pillow. Gave some medicines and gel. Also told to put hot water bag under neck for few times in a day. My medication is still on as given for 20 days. I am feeling good now. The roads have become very bad here because of the rains. I don't wear collar all the time. I do while driving my vehicle. I hope to get completely well soon. Hope you all are doing good.
